The Gamma Lambda Foundation Inc. (GLFI or “House Corp”) is a group of Gamma Lambda Alumni dedicated to providing consistency of ownership/management of the Chapter House property. The oversight provided by the Alumni ensures that Gamma Lambda’s legal and financial obligations are met, and that the Chapter House remains an appropriate, safe and welcoming residence for our brothers, worthy of the reputation of Sigma Chi.

Day to day maintenance, and repair of ordinary wear and tear, is the responsibility of our Active brothers.

The Gamma Lambda Fundraising Committee (GLFC) was created in the spring of 2022 to provide an ongoing effort to raise funds for immediate repairs to the Chapter House and to its long-term financial security. The GLFC reports to the GLFI and all donations go directly to the GLFI bank account.
